Job Description: We are seeking a confident and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Sales Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, primarily through creating videos of yourself and others with our products, including images, to promote our products/services across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy to drive sales and engagement.
• Create high-quality videos and images that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
• Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.

Requirements:

• Must Be Fluent in Both English and Swahili, especially orally
• Proven experience in creating compelling social media content (videos, images, etc.).
• Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to create video content.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or marketing roles.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with phone editing apps
• Added advantage if you know how to use Adobe programs
