Job Title: Sales & Design Consultant
Department: Sales Department
Reports To: Creative Director
Location: Dar es Salaam

Job Summary:

Dolson Interiors, a leader in custom interior furnishings, is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to join our expanding team. While prior interior design experience is not required, we value candidates with a background in any creative field. If you have a keen eye for design and a desire to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with walk-in and referred clients to understand their furnishing needs.
  • Design Recommendations: Offer product suggestions based on growing design knowledge and internal support.
  • On-Site Consultations: Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare quotations.
  • Sales Excellence: Follow up with clients, close deals, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Showroom Impact: Assist with showroom setup, presenting Dolson Interiors’ products.
  • Market Insights: Share valuable feedback to help us stay ahead of trends.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in sales or a client-facing role. Experience in any creative field is a plus.
  • Design Interest: A strong interest in design, with support provided to develop your skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
