Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out audiometric therapy on patients with audio pathology;
• To maintain an accurate record of the audiometric services provided to patients;
• To compile case reports of each patient for monitoring treatment progress;
• To take care of equipment in the Unit/department and report any malfunctions;
• To interview relatives and gather information that can assist in the treatment of patients;
• To  provide technical guidance and support to subordinates;
• To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Audiology  from a recognized institution.

Holder of Diploma in Orthotics/Prosthetics from a recognized Institution.  Must be registered by the Medical Council of Tanganyika.

Qualifications

Holder of Diploma in Radiotherapy, Radiation Therapy Technology  from a recognized Institution. Must be registered with the Medical Radiology and imaging Professionals.
