Light Vehicle Driver (2 Posts) at Bagamoyo Sugar Tanzania

Bagamoyo Sugar Limited is inviting candidates to explore exciting career opportunities with us. We are seeking two dedicated and safety-conscious individuals to fill the positions of Light Vehicle Driver (2 Posts) within our operations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and organizational protocols
• Plan and follow optimal routes for timely deliveries or pickups, using navigation tools where necessary.
• Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, and any maintenance or repairs carried out.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by superiors

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Applicant must hold a valid Tanzania driver’s license preferably Class D.
• Hold a certification from either VETA or NIT.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience of hands-on driving is preferred.
• Applicant must be Tanzanian and not less than 18 years’ old.
• Applicant must have NIDA &TIN.
• Applicants must have an Introduction letter from local government and two referee letters.
