SALES OFFICER - JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales officers to be part of our sales team and drive revenue growth for Shuleyetu. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional sales techniques and a strategic mindset. The Sales officer will be responsible fostering strong relationships with our clients.

About Shuleyetu

Shuleyetu.com is a school management software system and an e-learning platform that offers automated and digital solutions for all learners and learning institutions in ensuring a smooth learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Shuleyetu business goals.

- Identify target markets, segments, and customer profiles to drive business expansion.

- Set ambitious sales targets and objectives, closely monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

  1. Team Leadership:

- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional growth.

- Provide guidance on sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and effective communication.

  1.  Client Engagement:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.

  1. Sales Operations:

- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.

  1. Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.

Qualities

  • A candidate must have a Diplomain Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent;
  • Bachelor Degree is an added advantage
