ABOUT RISECHAMP PRE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL:

RiseChamp Pre and Primary School is a premier educational institution located at Kwa Mzungu, Mbezi - Mpiji Magoe, Dar es Salaam. Dedicated to nurturing academic excellence, integrity, and holistic development in young learners, our school provides a modern, high-standard learning environment spanning Daycare, Nursery, and Primary education tiers. AVAILABLE TEACHING POSITIONS:

We are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced educators to fill the following specific teaching roles:

1. ENGLISH TEACHER (GRADES 3 - 6)

Key Focus: Deliver high-quality English language and literature instruction, improving pupils' grammatical precision, writing capabilities, and spoken eloquence.

2. SOCIAL STUDIES, CIVICS & HISTORY TEACHER (GRADES 5 - 6)

Key Focus: Teach Social Studies (Grade 6), Civic and Moral Education (Grade 6), and Historia ya Tanzania na Maadili (Grade 5). Foster patriotism, moral uprightness, and historical awareness.

3. ARTS, SPORTS & VOCATIONAL SKILLS TEACHER (GRADES 3 - 6)

Key Focus: Conduct engaging practical sessions in Creative Arts, physical activities/Sports, and foundational Vocational Skills to nurture pupils' talents and hands-on competencies.

4. MIDDLE CLASS TEACHER (PRE-PRIMARY)

Key Focus: Provide specialized early childhood instruction for nursery pupils. Focus on fundamental literacy, numeracy, socialization, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment.

GENERAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and interactive learning aids aligned with NECTA curriculum guidelines.
  • Report to school on all working days and be present during official working hours.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom discipline, child safety, and emotional welfare.
  • Conduct continuous assessments, mark exercises, and track individual student performance.
  • Attend general school assemblies, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with parents regarding their children's progress.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, or relevant subject specializations).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of active teaching experience in a reputable pre and primary school environment.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (fluent English and Kiswahili).
  • Thorough understanding of the Tanzanian educational framework, regulations, and NECTA guidelines.
  • Approachable, child-friendly personality with high moral integrity and a growth mindset.
