Description

Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machines, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and maintain electrical control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and automation systems.
• Ensure electrical installations and equipment comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Participate in machine installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and spare parts.
• Support production teams in resolving electrical and equipment-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability, energy efficiency, and production performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers on electrical maintenance and projects.
• Ensure proper use and availability of electrical tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Registered or eligible for registration with the relevant engineering regulatory body.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control systems, and automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment effectively.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Understanding of electrical safety standards and industrial health and safety requirements.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, and other technical teams.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant engineering/maintenance software.
