Division Head Water Pump & Solar Solutions

We’re searching for a hands-on expert to lead the Pump Division for a leading EPC in Tanzania. This role is all about installing, integrating, and optimising commercial-scale water pump systems powered by solar energy. You’ll be the go-to specialist, designing and managing water solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability for farms and commercial sites.

Location: Arusha, Tanzania – 70% travel to client sites

Key Focus: Water pumps, solar integration, water softeners, heat pumps, and RO machines

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and optimise commercial water pump systems
• Integrate pump solutions with solar power for maximum efficiency
• Troubleshoot and ensure seamless operations for clients
• Build and lead the company’s pump division

What We’re Looking For

• Deep technical expertise in water pumps and solar integration
• A background in mechanical engineering, plumbing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with heat pumps, water softeners, and RO machines
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
