Role Overview
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering work meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Onsite Management: Oversee project execution on-site to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- ERB Registered Engineer.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong background in mechanical systems, piping, steel structures, and E&I.
- Experience in live plant environments and pre-commissioning activities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Projects).
Nice to Have
- PMP Certification
- Master’s in Engineering Management
- Experience managing change and multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
