Role Overview

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Onsite Management: Oversee project execution on-site to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• ERB Registered Engineer.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong background in mechanical systems, piping, steel structures, and E&I.
• Experience in live plant environments and pre-commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Projects).

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification
• Master’s in Engineering Management
• Experience managing change and multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
