Role Description

This is a full-time Claims Manager role, based on-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Claims Manager will be responsible for managing and handling insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing. This role involves analyzing data, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Claims Manager will work on resolving complex claims, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry and handling Insurance Claims
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field is preferred
• Professional certification in insurance or claims management is a plus
