QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Finance
  • Or a related field

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in:
  • Data analysis
  • System analysis
  • Business analysis
• Experience working on financial systems.
• Ability to extract and apply information for business advantage.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commission Processing: Calculate and process commissions accurately for all sales channels in line with approved incentive schemes.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate sales, performance, and commission records to support timely and error-free payments.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure commission payments comply with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare commission reports and provide insights on performance trends and incentive effectiveness.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve commission-related queries and discrepancies promptly through stakeholder collaboration.
• Plan Optimization: Review and recommend improvements to commission structures to drive performance and business growth.

COMPETENCIES

• SQL and Database Management, including proficiency in:
  • SQL Server
  • Postgres
  • DB2
  • Oracle
  • MySQL
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools.
• Knowledge in Data Science new methods, including but not limited to:
  • Machine Learning
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Data Visualization
  • Big Data
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
