Credit Officer (3 Post) at AML Finance Limited

The incumbent will be responsible for recruiting clients who are credit-worthy and analyzing loan applications to ensure the provision of quality loans which will lead to the maximization of the company’s profit.

NECESSARY SKILLS

• Excellent loan analysis skills
• Two years’ experience in banking or microfinance
• Marketing skills
• Background on financial aspect banking or microfinance operations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills.
• High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Banking, Financial Management, Microfinance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration majoring in Finance, Banking, Microfinance, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Financial Sector.

JOB LOCATION

• The position will be based at AML Finance Headquarters in Mwenge Dar es Salaam.

REPORTING LINE

• The position will be reporting to the Credit Manager.
