Job Description
Selcom is hiring a Field Fleet Officer to support existing merchants, resolve payment-related issues, maintain devices, and help improve merchant satisfaction and retention.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and visit existing merchants.
- Handle POS, QR, and payment-related issues.
- Train merchants on the use of payment solutions.
- Maintain and support merchant devices.
- Resolve merchant issues and provide ongoing support.
- Support merchant retention and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid Class A driving licence.
- Motorcycle riding experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Good technology skills.
- Field-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently and visit merchants as required.
