Finance Manager at Foodex Tanzania

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Dar es Salaam / Tanzania. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and ensuring financial compliance. Day-to-day tasks include financial forecasting, analyzing financial data, overseeing ledger functions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial stability and growth. The Finance Manager will also ensure adherence to legal regulations and guidelines, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience on Finance Manager position.
