Job Description
TPC Ltd, one of the most well-respected sugar producers in Tanzania, is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team in Moshi, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Are you a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in financial management and auditing? This opportunity is for you!
Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements
- Oversee the budgeting process and coordinate audits
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize financial systems
- Drive the Finance team’s performance and collaborate with other departments
Who we’re looking for:
- ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
- At least 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a similar-sized company
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
