Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the Finance and Accounts department in one of our key manufacturing industries within the MMFL Group. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and strategic financial planning for a company deeply involved in phosphate mining and fertilizer production.

• Qualifications: You must be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience is essential, with a significant and demonstrable track record of success within the manufacturing and/or mining sectors. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of financial management, accounting principles, strategic financial planning, and a proven ability to lead a finance team effectively within an industrial group.

Works Chief Accountant

We are also looking for a meticulous and highly skilled Works Chief Accountant to play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects. This position demands a deep understanding of cost control, inventory management, and production efficiency within a heavy industrial context.

• Qualifications: You should hold an ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India) qualification.
• Experience: A solid background of at least 10 years in manufacturing industries is required, with a strong preference for experience in costing, material reconcilation, stock controls. production efficiency etc.
