We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
Strong proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
