Job Description

Insurance Business: Maintain insurance channels and complete the insurance and renewal of the company's assets and insurance needs. Review insurance contracts. Manage the insurance registration ledger and coordinate insurance claims and claims processing, including process monitoring, data recording, and updates.

Foreign Exchange and Fund Management: Assist in foreign exchange inquiries and quotations, monitor foreign exchange price trends, and provide transaction recommendations for foreign exchange purchases and foreign currency wealth management.

Financial Institution Relationship Maintenance: Maintain regular contact and visits with financial institutions, continuously conduct routine banking business. Be responsible for hosting bank visits, negotiating fees and interest rates, organizing and submitting bank documents, and understanding and reporting on financial market trends. If necessary, expand new cooperative banks and opportunities with competitive advantages.

Financing and Post-Loan Management: Promote and implement financing solutions such as international trade financing products and term loans. Execute pre-loan due diligence, mid-loan coordination, and post-loan supervision and management of loan applications. Promote ESG compliance management matters.

Other Work Items: Occasionally need to cooperate with the team or other departments of the company, such as land acquisition, contract review, selection of external institutions, and market due diligence.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for those with a master's degree or abo
  • Work Experience: At least 5years of work experience.
  • Major: Science and engineering, economic management, international trade, with a good understanding and knowledge base in economics and finance.
  • Personal Qualities: Upright character, honesty and trustworthiness; strong internal and external communication skills, good negotiation abilities; diligent and responsible, strong team cooperation skills, and good stability.
  • Occasional short-term business trips to neighboring East African countries may be required.
  • Candidates with experience in finance, financing, and insurance work are preferred.
