Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

6+ years of experience in it infrastructure and operations, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.

Core responsibilities

• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned to fintech business objectives;
• Oversee data centres, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise systems;
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness;
• Lead day-to-day it operations including monitoring, incident response, and escalation;
• Implement itil-based service management, change control, and problem resolution processes;
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across it workflows;
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity frameworks to protect systems and customer data;
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards;
• Align it operations with regulatory requirements in collaboration with risk and compliance teams;
• Enable product and service teams by ensuring infrastructure supports new fintech solutions;
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (cloud-native, devops, containerization) to enhance performance and scalability;
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams while maintaining stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, and transparent reporting.
