Loan Officers & Collection Officers

We are hiring Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam!

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Targets (KPIs):

• Achieve monthly Disbursement, Collections, New Customer, and Active Customer targets
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Daily Duties:

• Review and follow up on open accounts for collection
• Collect payments as per repayment plan.
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC
• Manage front desk duties and support administration tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven, ethical, and a team player
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
