Job Description
We are hiring Loan Officers and Collection Officers to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam!
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Targets (KPIs):
- Achieve monthly Disbursement, Collections, New Customer, and Active Customer targets
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Daily Duties:
- Review and follow up on open accounts for collection
- Collect payments as per repayment plan.
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Perform customer due diligence and maintain proper KYC
- Manage front desk duties and support administration tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven, ethical, and a team player
- Experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
