DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, including engines, propulsion systems, and onboard electronics.  ii.To Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system checks.  iii.To Repair or replace engine components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrical systems.  iv.To Install new systems and components, including lighting, navigation, and communication devices.  v.To Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.  vi.To Provide customers with estimates, explanations of repairs, and timelines.  vii.To Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.   

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Diploma in Marine mechanic or equivalent from a recognized institute and must have Deep understanding of marine engines, propulsion systems, and related components
