POST: VALUER II - 2 POST
EMPLOYER: Wakala ya Barabara Tanzania (TANROADS)
APPLICATION TIMELINE:: 2025-06-12 2025-06-20
JOB SUMMARY: NIL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To evaluate property for compensation
- To prepare estimates for compensation planned road related activities
- To prepare compensation claims
- To build and update property rates data for valuation purposes
- To Assess and recommend valuations done by consultants
- To keep records of compensations paid
- and vii.To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holders of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Land Management and Valuation from a recognized institution. Must be registered at provisional level by the Valuers Registration Board (VRB) as graduate Valuer.
