Role Description

This is a contract position for a Graphic Design Specialist, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing professional company profiles tailored to different business needs, including:

• Corporate Profiles (for banks, investors, and regulators)
• Marketing Profiles (for branding, promotion, and client acquisition)
• Tender/Proposal Profiles (for bids, procurement submissions, and institutional clients)

The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of business communication, ensuring that each profile is not only visually appealing but also aligned with the company’s brand identity and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design skills (5 years worth of experience)
• Experience in Branding and developing visual identities (5 years worth of experience)
• Strong Image Editing skills
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Writing/communications specialist
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
