Graphics Designer at ITM Tanzania Limited

We are looking for a graphics designer with experience and skills in using graphics and video creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of graphics design to create visually appealing graphics for communications tools such as social media, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.
• Create and edit engaging social media content, including images, videos, and infographics.
• Manage and update company social media platforms.
• Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and schedules.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media trends, and best practices.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content.
• Assist in basic video editing and motion graphics when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in graphic design, computer science or any related field.
• Experience of 1-3 years in graphics design and video editing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is an added advantage
