The Role

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage Division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring the profitability and smooth operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest levels of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role within an international hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve financial objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and guest service standards.
• Computer literacy and sound administrative skills.
