Job Description
Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam, The Kilimanjaro, a 5-star luxury hotel overlooking the Indian Ocean, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Technical Services to join our leadership team.
In this key role, you will support the Director of Technical Services in overseeing all aspects of engineering and facility management, ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hotel or commercial facilities management
- Solid knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to use maintenance management systems
- Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Kiswahili is an asset.
