Dar es Salaam Branch Manager

Inaya Zanzibar is expanding our presence in Dar es Salaam to better support our hotel, spa, boutique partners, and individual customers across Tanzania. We are looking for a Branch Manager who will oversee the Dar outlet where our products are stored and dispatched, while also leading customer relationships and driving sales in the region.

This role requires someone confident working independently, takes initiative naturally, and thrives in a role where ownership and responsibility are key. You will be the face of Inaya in Dar es Salaam.

What You Will Do

• Manage the Dar outlet for safe, accurate storage of finished products
• Coordinate order dispatch and deliveries for both B2B and B2C customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, spas, boutiques, and retailers
• Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, price discussions, and client visits
• Identify new business opportunities and grow Inaya’s presence in the Dar region
• Maintain accurate stock records, order documents, reports, and communication flow
• Represent Inaya with confidence, warmth, and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management, operations, or customer service
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Comfort working in a self-managed, accountable role
• Experience with stock or inventory systems is an advantage
