Food And Beverage Supervisor at Onomo Hotel

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food And Beverage Supervisor at Onomo Hotel Dar es Salaam, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Food And Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring adherence to service standards and quality. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer inquiries or complaints, and managing inventory and supply needs related to food service. Collaborating with kitchen and operational teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and staff coordination
• Knowledge and application of Service Standards and Food Service protocols
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve guest concerns effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Formal education or certifications in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
