Job Description
Young and energetic man who has passion of serving people by creating, developing and implementing sources and adept methods to fulfil the requirement of the Bonafide travellers to feel home away from home.
Having the best of knowledge in Food and drinks and capable of educating the team to achieve the given goal.
Well verse in English and Swahili.
Should be self-starter and good motivator to the entire team.
Capable of running the department independently and find in ways and means to achieve the annual sale, directly proportional to the expenditure.
Preferable, a graduate from hotel Scholl with ten years' experience in a 3/4-star hotel, out of ten, five years should be on managerial cadres.
