Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests always enjoy high-quality food and drinks during their stay, while maintaining excellence in service, presentation, and efficiency.
Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure smooth food and beverage service at all times
  • Train and lead the F&B team with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns
  • Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and service staff to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in F&B management or hospitality
  • A strong leader who can manage teams and make quick decisions
  • Ability to explain processes, train staff, and handle guest interactions professionally
  • A keen eye for quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Proficient in computer systems and social networking tools like Telegram & WhatsApp
  • Fluent English and confident communication, and ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Benefits

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: TZS 1 Million - 1.7 Million per month
