Job Description

  • Greet guests and assist them with check in and check out, and be available at any time to answer questions or address issues
  • Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness, and ensure that rooms are set up correctly for new guests and that everything is in good repair
  • Supervising and managing all lodge staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Overseeing daily activities such as check-ins, reservations, and housekeeping.
  • Managing budgets, expenses, and financial transactions related to the lodge.
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Training staff on protocol during crises situations.
  • Working closely with local authorities, medical personnel, and other concerned parties  in case of emergencies
  • It will be the duty of the lodge Manager to manage the business, using the following skills: Planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting

Assist with meeting guest requests and ensuring that all staff provides the highest level of customer service
