Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Duty Manager at Zuri Zanzibar Resort in Kendwa. The Night Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and handling any issues that may arise during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and handle emergencies
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
• Certifications in hospitality management or related fields are beneficial
