Job Description
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing information about lodge facilities, local attractions, and activities.
- Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Confirm and update guest reservations, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Balance cash drawer and prepare reports as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Monitor security and safety of the lodge, reporting any concerns to management.
