Job Description
Mount Meru Hotel is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, guest service, food and beverage quality, and financial performance.

- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
