Job Description
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including building interiors and exteriors.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any unusual activities or security breaches.
- Verify the identity of individuals and vehicles entering the premises and ensure they have proper authorization.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, including emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, and unauthorized access.
- Document and report all incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities accurately and timely.
- Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
- Assist in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with security protocols.
