HR Manager at Ocean Paradise Resort & Spa Zanzibar

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our luxury beach resort team in Zanzibar. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions across all departments
• Manage workforce planning and staff scheduling for optimal resort operations
• Design and implement employee training programs and development initiatives
• Drive talent retention strategies and maintain positive employee relations.

Requirements:

• 1- 2+ years HR management experience, hospitality industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and workforce management tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
