Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participating in salary surveys to benchmark the market practices.
- Reviewing and updating all rewards and benefits policies (developing benefit packages) by considering the market rates.
- Implementing and monitoring company salary structure.
- Participating in Bonus and Annual Salary Review in accordance with the company’s policies.
- Ensure compensation is provided in terms of job evaluation, grading structures and incentives.
- Reviewing, proposing and signing off insurance contracts concerning staff in line with providing awareness to staff, including:
- Medical Cover Insurance
- Group Life Insurance
- Produce and maintain total reward statements for all staff.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager in Finance to ensure all overseas staff have the correct tax and benefits applied.
- Carry out HRIS improvement to meet emerging HR needs and new standard HR reports.
- Capture new employee data in HRIS, including:
- Basic details
- Qualifications
- Images
- Signatures
- Previous employers
- Biodata
- Dependents’ data
- Conduct background checks (Employment and Education) of all new staff.
- Conduct and facilitate the recruitment process, issuance of employment contracts, and exit/offboarding process.
- Support tracking of disciplinary issues and handle day-to-day employee grievances.
- Participate in yearly performance appraisal assessment and evaluation process (Balanced Score Card).
- Support staff training assessment at all levels and devise appropriate training plans for all and execution of the program.
- Design and execute calendar of reports for HR managerial use.

Academic & Professional:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management (RQ)
- Professional Qualifications:
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Computer literate
- Master’s Degree: Not specified
Experience:
Total Minimum Years of Experience Required: 3
- HR Management: 1 year (RQ)
- Computer Literacy: 1 year (AA)
- Employee Documentation: 1 year (AA)
