Human Resource Manager at Kenyos Tanzania

Under the guidance of country direct our the Hr manager will be responsible for the management of the day to day operation of the organizations to ensure employees are working towards common goals and objective. She /he will develop the Hr policy in accordance with the labor regulations in the country and will review the salary scale for national positions as per needs. She/he will across –border recruitment of talents and cooperate with domestic HR work. She/ he will contribute to staff assessment and supervision and will ensure administrative tasks related to both local and expatriate staff.

We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes,

DUTIES & RESPOSSIBILITIES;

• Develop and implement Hr strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support payroll system.
• Handle day to day Hr administration such us leave , attendance and personnel changes.
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian Labour Laws ,policies and regulation..
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Ensure that hired applicant are of the best quality.
• Prepare and develop any documents requested by Chines authorities.
• Handle work permit and VISA administation of the expatriates.
• Identify training and development opportunities.
• Draft Hr letters ,contract and internal memos.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree human resource management ,Public Administration,  Business .Administration,  or related  field .
• At least  5-7 years of experience in HR role in building industry or Hardware are prefers.
• Stable family
• Age not less than 35 yrs
