Jr. Logistics officer at EA Foods Tanzania

To Execute work related to Logistics department with respect to the External and Internal Transport Business

Job Responsibilities:

• Visiting to the New Customer location and get the New Transport business.
• Periodical visiting to the Existing Customer location for the service level contract review and take their feedback and meet their demand.
• Periodical visiting to the Existing Customer location to get additional business.  
• Coordinating with the External customer and get the Indent and do the truck planning and placement.
• Coordinating with the External customer and get the payment on time.
• Coordinating with the External customer and get their week schedule and do the truck planning. To make sure the truck availability and meet the customer demand.
• Long haul truck Hiring from the market and meet the company requirement within the Budget cost.
• Coordinating with the Finance and following the process for the payment to the Hiring truck on time.
• Achieve the Transport Revenue Target and the Gross margin as per the Budget.
• Achieve the Transport related KPI assigned and meet out the same with time line.
• To maintain all internal records with respect to the Transport business on line and the report submission as per the guidelines.
•  Any other duties assigned by Management.

Education Qualification:

• Any Degree with the Logistics / Transportation background. 
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Truck hiring or coordinating with the Brokers.
