Logistics Officer at Minjingu Mines & Fertiliser

We are currently hiring for the following positions. The above positions are based out of the MMFL factory in Minjingu. The company will provide accommodation in its township at Minjingu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor truck trips as per the logistics plan.
• Track vehicles in real-time and report exceptions to the Fleet Manager.
• Coordinate with Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Material (RM) stores, drivers, suppliers, and customers.
• Work with stakeholders to maximize revenue through return loads.
• Assist in preparing daily delivery and exception reports.
• Maintain trip records and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide support for emergencies and transit issues.
• Assist in driver and helper recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or fleet management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and fleet tracking tools.
