WE'RE HIRING: SHEQ MANAGER

MMT Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ Manager to lead our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality initiatives across our operations. If you're passionate about creating safe and efficient work environments, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems in compliance with local and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Train staff and promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Monitor compliance and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tanzanian citizenship (position open to Tanzanians only)
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in SHEQ roles, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
