Responsibilities:

End-to-End Supply Chain Management:

Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Supplier Management:

Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.

Inventory Optimization:

Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
Monitor and analyze inventory performance to identify areas for improvement.

Logistics and Distribution:

Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and distribution processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Utilize data and analytics to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
Act as a liaison between departments to optimize overall business performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in supply chain management with a track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with supply chain software and technologies.
