Nyanza Bottling Company Ltd (NBCL), incorporated in 1984, a joint venture between SUMARIA and CMG group, is one of the largest Coca-Cola Franchises in East Africa. NBCL is engaged in bottling & distributing Coca-Cola products in the Lake Zone of Tanzania, the bottling facility occupies a 16-acre site in the industrial belt of Mwanza. It incorporates the latest state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and processes to slake the region’s tremendous thirst for iconic brands in NBCL’s portfolio.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Head located in Mwanza. The Plant Head will be responsible for plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Plant Operations and Production Management skills
• Production Planning and Budgeting skills
• Quality Control skills
• Experience in the beverage manufacturing industry
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• 20+ years of experience required and 8 + years of working as a plant head position.
• Mandatory experience of managing and handling RGB and PET lines.
