Job Description
Records Management Assistant II (4 Posts) Qualifications: Diploma in Records Management, Archives Management, or related fields.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing file indexes/registers.
- Maintain records/documents in the registry.
- File, dispatch, and cross-check correspondence.
- Maintain diaries and records for file movements.
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
Remuneration: AQRB 3.1
General Requirements:
- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and aged 45 years or below.
- Attach an up-to-date CV with reliable contact information, including postal address, email, and telephone numbers.
- Submit copies of the following certificates:
- Form IV and Form VI certificates
- Professional certificates (if applicable) verified by the relevant authorities (NECTA, TCU, NACTE).
- Indicate three reputable referees with reliable contacts.
