JOB PURPOSE

Support MDRs and CRs to grow volume and deliver cost-efficient customer service on every route in the territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and Coach the Team

• Plan the day, run MDR and CR briefings and route rides to supervise and coach CRs.

2. Achieve Volume Targets

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly volume targets for your assigned area.

3. Serve and Grow Customers

• Resolve complaints at once.
• Ensure signed Retailer Cards.
• Find spots for new coolers and push carts.

4. Reports and Control

• Sign DSS for Finance.
• Check next-day load-out proposals.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years' experience in similar responsibilities.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

• No customer complaints.
• Business volume.
• New customers.
• Correct and timely sales reports.
• Availability of all brands.
• Cooler replacement.
