Industrial Floor Manager at Bakhresa & Co. Ltd (SSB)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Industrial Floor Manager to join our team at Said Salim Bakhresa & Co. Ltd (SSB). The role is responsible for overseeing daily production floor activities and coordinating with the Sales/Marketing team to ensure production aligns with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor operations to meet output, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate production planning with Marketing/Sales to align output with customer demand.
• Monitor production performance, downtime, and wastage, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations team to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Prepare daily and periodic production and coordination reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or wheat milling operations.
• Proven experience in production supervision and cross-functional coordination.
