Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Zuri Zanzibar Resort in Kendwa for a Landscape Manager. The Landscape Manager will oversee the maintenance, design, and construction of the resort's lush greens and outdoor spaces, ensuring alignment with the resort's commitment to sustainability and aesthetic excellence. Daily responsibilities include managing landscape maintenance, supervising irrigation systems, designing landscaping layouts, and coordinating landscape construction projects. The Landscape Manager will work closely with the operations team to maintain the natural beauty that enhances the resort's guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation techniques
  • Long term Expertise in Landscape Design and Landscape Management to enhance outdoor aesthetics
  • Experience in Landscape Construction to oversee and execute development projects
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively
  • Commitment to sustainable practices in landscape and environmental management
  • Relevant certifications or a background in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields
