We are recruiting

Axian open innovation & fintech marketing manager

Bachelor degree in marketing, marketing communication, business administration or any other related fields.

5 to 7 years' experience in marketing position in fmcg marketing with proven brand management.

Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania.

  • Sense of method and organization;
  • Strong sense of organization, planning, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficient in marketing tools, digital platforms, and office automation systems;
  • Solid experience in marketing campaign management, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis;
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and projects;
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and effectiveness;
  • Strong initiative and decision-making capabilities;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Fluency in english (french is an added advantage).

Your challenges

  • Understand strategic recommendations, take charge of the major stages of the communication policy envisaged;
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth;
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels;
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms;
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals;
  • Track marketing kpis, measure campaign effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements;
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources;
  • Identify risks and opportunities within the market and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management;
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets and uphold brand standards.
