Job Description

Mega Beverages Limited is looking for a creative, passionate and experienced individual for the role of Marketing Manager. The role's main responsibility is to grow the company's revenue by supervising the marketing team and managing marketing activities. This duty includes evaluating and developing Mega Beverage's marketing strategy, and organizing, coordinating, and leading marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of MBL's marketing strategy and portfolio/investment recommendations to deliver a sustainable share increase in TBA (Total Business Alcohol)
  • Continuously access fast and slow data about the alcoholic beverages category, consumer trends, and competitor activity
  • Formulate ambitious marketing tactics to boost MBL's brand position
  • Create and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at increasing consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Use consumer insights and data to strengthen brand relevance and growth.
  • Lead research, strategic planning, and marketing execution routines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a professional marketing qualification (CIM)
  • At least 7 years’ marketing experience, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Spirits/alcohol experience is a strong advantageStrong working knowledge of marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong commercial acumen, P&L ownership, and digital marketing expertise
  • Strong leadership skills
